This was a portrait of a fellow classmate that was part of the figurative series in an exhibition at the American of museum art in Philadelphia. Jen being one of my great friends was also a great model for figurative work…. This painting won the Winsor Newton portrait prize at the PA Academy of Fine Arts. It also won first prize at a juried exhibition at the Visual Arts Gallery of NC.
